What to ExpectEvents are a key pillar to ensure that as many people as possible can experience Tesla products and the Events Coordinator will works across all stores within the region to drive operational excellence when itcomes to eventing and demand generation.
As the point of contact for eventing within the region, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for the set-up of events, ensuring that the events adhere to brand standards, monitoring event performance and organising the logistical elements of all events.
In this role, you will support in identifying both regional and national events that Tesla should attend and ensure these events are executed flawlessly by the store teams.
You will work closely with the Area Sales and Delivery Manager to develop the regional events strategy and provide recommendations on how we can further improve the accessibility of our products.
What You'll DoIdentify, organise, execute and report on both regional and national events that Telsa should attend
Work closely with the Area Sales & Delivery Manager to build the local event strategy and ensure Tesla products are accessible and available to all
Proactively discover new business opportunities and partner with central teams to maximise the success of events, including organising event kits, set-ups, logistics and mailers
Provide stores with the relevant material and supplies in order to adhere to brand standards
Ensure suppliers are onboarded promptly and that any issues are identified and solved immediately
Provide reports and recommendations on the success and learnings of local events to further elevate the regions event strategy
Work closely with central functions in order to further develop the quality of the events thatTesla attends and organiseses
What You'll BringSignificant operational experience in relation to working with third-parties
In-depth knowledge of eventing and demand generation with an eye for detail when it comesto event set-up and brand standards
Strong understanding and experience of creating extraordinary customer journeys
Analytical understanding and knowledge of the local market with an entrepreneurial mindsetand affinity for working independently
Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
Passionate about the mission of Tesla and hold a valid driver's license.
Excellent communication skills in English and confident in learning and adapting to multiple technologies
