Your Profile
You will support our Emerging Talent team by managing the recruitment process for student positions, including internships, working students, and thesis support, across our various locations in Europe.
In your new role, you will:
Align job and profile requirements with hiring managers
across several job families
Create and post attractive job ads
and implement different
sourcing strategies
Perform
candidate preselection
in our
Applicant Tracking System
, based on the information from the Hiring Manager
Perform
administrative processing of contracting
topics
Support with Student Community events
Engage in
regional and global-wide talent attraction projects,
while working closely with our international team of experts
Your Profile
You have a proactive personality and are a great communicator, willing to actively support and collaborate with your team members. You thrive in an international environment and are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.
You are best equipped for the position if you have:
A university degree in
Psychology
,
Human Resources
,
Management
, or an equivalent field
Interest in
Talent Attraction topics,
with a focus on
emerging talent,
and connecting with people
Great organizational skills,
with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
Fluency in English
