We're looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Specialist to support employee mental health through prevention, education, and early intervention. This role combines mental health, coaching, training, and hands-on engagement to build resilience, reduce stigma, and provide meaningful support to teams working with high-stress or sensitive content.
Role Details
Location: Onsite, Lisbon metropolitan area
Schedule: 8-hour onsite shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individual wellbeing sessions using brief intervention approaches, including CBT, third-wave modalities, and coaching techniques
* Assess and manage risk, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
* Facilitate peer-support discussions to help teams navigate a range of challenges
* Promote self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth among employees
* Lead educational workshops focused on essential life skills and coping strategies
* Champion initiatives that reduce stigma around seeking psychological support
* Refer individuals to appropriate internal or external support resources
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with established guidelines
* Ensure full compliance by completing all required ethics and compliance training
* Deliver training sessions on personal and professional development topics as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology
* At least 3 years of proven experience providing mental health support to adults
* Training in brief intervention approaches and/or crisis intervention
* Accreditation with the Portuguese Psychological Association
* Membership in a Portuguese psychotherapeutic association
* Strong computer literacy
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
