As a key member of the Customer Service Team, you will play an integral part in supporting our Business Units of our European direct markets.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Agent will support PharmaML and EDI operations, including managing customer accounts in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. The role involves co-ordinating with internal departments, resolving credit check issues, and promoting PharmaML services. Internal Communication with EDI Service, and Logistics. External communication with B2B customers.
Essential Functions 50/50
1. PharmaML / EDI Tasks:
- Monitor and track backorders, providing customers with estimated delivery timelines.
- Act as the liaison between different departments, coordinating stock verification and adjustments.
- Manage order release requests following a "credit check" blockage, coordinating with the accounting department via Excel reports and sending Proforma invoices to customers.
- Conduct campaigns to promote the PharmaML service and update the customer database in France via email.
- Work towards achieving environmental and safety targets and report any environmental or security issues to management.
2.Customer Creation and Administration
- Process customer creation requests in accordance with internal policies and data quality standards.
- Validate and input customer data into ERP systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update existing customer records to reflect changes in business details, contacts, or compliance requirements.
- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and duplicate records in collaboration with other departments.
- Liaise with local markets and business units to ensure timely updates and alignment of customer master data.
- Support administrative tasks and compliance checks by providing accurate customer data and documentation when required.
What We Need
- Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, preferable.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite inc Sharepoint, MS 365 and Teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (B2+), additional European languages, beneficial.
- Accurate and timely execution with a solution-based approach.

- Analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues.
