The Marketing Department is growing — and we are looking for a young, creative, and motivated Content Creator to join our team If you love storytelling through social media, have a passion for lifestyle content, and want to be part of a fast-growing agency, we want to hear from you
What You'll Do
* Develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
* Create high-quality Reels and videos with strong editing skills
* Plan and execute content calendars with creative campaign ideas
* Capture photo/video content during events, production days, and shoots
* Write captions and assist with community management (DMs & comments)
* Analyze performance and propose improvements for best results
* Support brand consistency across all channels
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in content creation or social media management
Skilled in Reels/TikTok editing and mobile content production
Strong sense of visual style and storytelling
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
Confidence in front of and behind the camera
Portuguese and a grasp of English
Interest in wellness, food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Nice to Have
Experience using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Photography skills
Basic knowledge of social media analytics
Creative ideas
