We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate fraud expert to protect users and merchants from fraudulent activity in the world of e-commerce and online platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and reviewing suspicious activity across social media and e-commerce platforms.
* Investigating potential fraud cases and escalating according to internal procedures.
* Providing support to users and merchants with transaction-related issues.
* Ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards.
* Collaborating with internal teams to improve fraud detection and prevention processes.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at C1 level or higher.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Comfortable following established workflows and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
* Previous experience in fraud analysis or chargeback investigations is required, preferably in the tech industry.
* Applicants must hold one of the following: EU citizenship, valid Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visa (evaluated case-by-case), or Temporary Protection Certificate.
Working Hours:

A rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday, 09:00 to 18:00. Future shifts may include 09:00 to 01:00 on a rotational basis. Two rotating days off per week.
