Key Responsibilities:
In the department, you will be navigating the intricacies of warranty guidelines and conditions, dealing with workshop conditions such as labor rates and handling surcharges as well as data out of warranty claims to ensure correct warranty processing. Operating within a technical environment, your role will engage you in the legal and regulative aspects of warranty standards and rates. This role allows a unique blend of legal comprehension with technical and data knowledge to ensure proper management of workshop and warranty conditions.
Key Activities:
1. Dealing with warranty guidelines and conditions
2. Understanding of workshop conditions (warranty), labor rates, handling surcharge
3. Calculating and determination of warranty conditions (based on direct interfaces with markets)
4. Assess all inputs critically, safeguarding compliance and preventing fraud
5. Support of setup of new markets / partners with data maintenance
6. Develop decision foundation for clarification purposes with markets
7. Responsible for managing and overseeing data protection practices (Managing key stakeholders)
What We Are Looking For:
1. A completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification
2. Ideally experience in the automotive sector or after-sales experience
3. MS Office with Excel skills, Basic understanding of modern database systems (SAP Analytics Cloud)
4. Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues, any other language is a plus
5. Basic understanding of legal environment and foundation (GDPR, competition law, block exemption regulation)
6. Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
