This is a key position in delivering high-quality support to customers and their employees/members.
The successful candidate will have confident and appropriate communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
They will be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure consistent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
* To respond to and resolve all assigned requests according to established standards.
* Provide technical support for deployed network devices.
* To escalate tickets to the appropriate Enterprise Architect or internal resources based on agreed processes.
* Suggest upgrades and changes to customer systems to ensure stability, security, and added functionality.
* Perform approved system modifications and reboots.
Requirements
* A post-secondary degree or diploma.
* At least 5 years of experience working in a support services environment, with a focus on technology/systems departments directly supporting customers.
* Demonstrated expertise in networking technologies and business applications.
* Demonstrated knowledge of modern firewall technologies.
