Job Title: SAP Development Lead
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our SAP development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP development, particularly in ABAP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the SAP development team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
* Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions using ABAP and BTP, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, driving innovation and efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the team.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, particularly in ABAP and BTP environments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP development, including ABAP and BTP.
* Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and BTP capabilities.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
