We are looking for an Application Support Team Leader - Payroll & Human Capital (SAP, Workday) to join the team of our client - a reference company in the retail sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Ensure and monitor the development and implementation of applications within his/her scope, guaranteeing the development of solutions as well as testing and documentation;
Guarantee the 2nd line support to users of the several applications, analysing and solving incidents and promoting client's satisfaction;
Ensure the liability and performance of several applications through maintenance and verification routines;
Ensure the continuous improvement of applications, overseeing market trends, creating a plan of evolution and development, ensuring the alignment with best practices;
Manage the relationship with suppliers, monitoring their interventions (support, troubleshooting, installations, substitutions, ...), controlling service levels and quality;
Understand and evaluate client's needs and requirements.
What is required from you?
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or similar area will be valued;
Minimum 03 years of experience in leading application support teams, ideally focusing on Payroll and Human Capital (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, etc.);
Previous experience in project management, with skills in Agile methodologies;
Good communication and relational skills;
Ability to take decisions and work towards results;
Ability to understand and develop client's needs and requirements, translating them to functional and non functional requirements;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
