About This Role
As a skilled Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of server computing and storage platforms. This includes installation, configuration, preventive maintenance, operation, and problem-resolution activities.
This role requires strong technical expertise in systems administration tools, scripting, and automation. The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Internet navigation, and research. Additionally, experience with Windows Client/Server Operating System or Active Directory Certifications is beneficial.
You will work closely with the SCCM team to ensure client inventories, client health, software advertisement, OS deployment, and patching are managed effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage server computing and storage platforms
* Perform on-call duties on a rotational basis
* Proactively monitor the health of all SCCM clients
* Assist in governing the patching process for both servers and client PCs
* Maintain computer security
* Create, update, and maintain process documentation as required
* Provide reporting from SCCM as necessary

Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
* One to three years of related systems administrator experience
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office core applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
