Job Description:
Safety Coordinators are responsible for implementing, maintaining and promoting a strong health, safety and environmental culture. They work closely with various teams on site and participate actively in the European HSE team. This position reports to the Plant Manager of the site.
The key responsibilities include creating, maintaining and implementing an HSE strategy aligned with internal standards and legal requirements. Additionally, they promote and drive a strong Health and Safety culture, carry out risk assessments and coordinate the effective implementation of action plans focused on HSE management.

To be successful, you must have a technical education and at least 2 years working experience in the Health & Safety field, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety. You should also have solid English skills (B2 level).
