HRIS Global Functional Lead
What will you do?
As part of our Success Factors Global Implementation, we are recruiting several HRIS Global Functional Leads, responsible for one or more functional streams across the HRIS landscape: Core HR, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Case Management, Time & Workforce Management, and Access Management & RBP.
This role is central to the design, integration, governance, optimization, and long‐term sustainability of the global HRIS model.
What will you do?
1. Global Core Model Ownership & Design
The HRIS Global Functional Lead will:
* Develop, maintain, and enhance the End‐to‐End Core Model for assigned streams, either: Core HR/Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Talent & Performance, Payroll, Case Management, Time & Workforce Management, and Role‐Based Permissions (RBP).
* Ensure full alignment of processes, data models, and configurations with the overall HRIS global roadmap.
* Coordinate integrations EC, Time, Payroll, R&O, Learning, Performance, Compensation, Case Management, and other modules.
* Manage the hybrid design where EC full and EC lite coexist and ensure future evolution.
2. Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
* Produce KPIs and maintain dashboards for all relevant streams.
* Identify risks, raise red flags, propose mitigation actions, and support global stream completion milestones.
* Maintain full documentation of processes, RBP structures, security policies, data models, and configuration decisions.
* Conduct global and local benchmarking to ensure adoption of best‐in‐class HRIS practices.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
* Lead and coordinate data validation, functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and end‐to‐end process verification.
* Validate the accuracy of workflows (Core HR, Time, Payroll, Case Management, Talent, Recruitment, and Access streams)
4. Security, Roles & Access Governance (RBP)
* Define and govern the global RBP framework for SuccessFactors.
* Develop permission groups, role hierarchies, and access rules ensuring GDPR compliance and least‐privilege principles.
* Oversee access provisioning/de‐provisioning and certification processes.
5. Stakeholder Management & Global Enablement
* Serve as SPOC for global BPOs, local SMEs, and technical integrators.
* Manage L3 incident escalations across all relevant functional domains.
* Support run‐mode activities, including incident resolution, analysis, and end‐user support materials.
6. Change Management & Adoption
* Co‐create or validate global training, communication, and change‐enablement assets.
* Ensure local and global adoption of newly deployed features.
What You Need to Succeed:
* 5–10 years of experience in global HRIS functional roles (Core HR preferred; multi‐stream exposure is a plus).
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS implementation projects (Build & Run).
* Master's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
* PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
* Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex global HR environments.
* Deep understanding of Core HR/EC, as well as one or more HRIS streams (Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, Time, Case Management, RBP).
* Knowledge of GDPR, security, access management, and HR compliance requirements.
* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‐management capabilities.
* Fluent in English.
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is a strong plus
