one of the leading insurance groups in Portugal, to reinforce internal Digital Marketing teams with
Digital/Motion Design
professionals.
This is a direct hiring recruitment process.
Responsibilities
• Create motion and static design assets for websites (narrative content, informational blocks, experience-support animations) and social media (organic and paid).
• Develop narrative motion graphics to explain products, services, literacy topics, and campaigns.
• Produce short, functional content (snippets, simple animations, KV adaptations).
• Work with real video + motion graphics (basic editing and graphic overlays).
• Use AI tools to optimize creative tasks and accelerate workflows.
• Work in Figma with a high level of proficiency, ensuring organization and effective collaboration.
Requirements
• Mid-level experience as a Digital/Motion Designer within a marketing environment.
• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience creating and adapting content for different digital channels.
• Awareness of digital accessibility and usability best practices.
• Ability to execute based on briefs and meet deadlines and processes.
• Comfort working in corporate and matrix environments.
