Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in project management
* Flexible, organised approach with strong multitasking, time management and prioritisation
* Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the aptitude to learn how to effectively manage clients
* Tenacious personality with an eye for detail and ability to problem solve using own initiative
* Competent user of Microsoft Office including Excel
* Understanding of data collection management
* Knowledge of other languages and cultures advantageous
* Previous CATI experience advantageous
Core Duties
* Understanding costing sheets and specifications;
* Attending kick-off meetings with clients / internal teams;
* Developing / reviewing screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires;
* Reviewing and testing programmed questionnaires for best practice data collection, working with our internal scripting, translation, testing and data processing departments;
* Conducting briefings with internal fieldwork teams and external vendors;
* Managing the recruitment process;
* Tracking project profitability;
* Overseeing change control and scope creep management;
* Confident and timely client management;
* Effective reporting on project progress;
* Recognising potential barriers and challenges, before or during projects, and offering solutions
* Meeting all applicable market research quality standards and regulations
* Accurate administration support to wind down projects and capture learnings
