IT Business Development – International Markets
We are looking for an IT Business Development professional with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to drive the international growth of a rapidly expanding technology company.
You will be responsible for developing business in European markets and opening new opportunities in the GCC and North America, with a direct impact on the commercial strategy.
Location : Lisbon | Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days in the office)
Type: Full-time
Travel : ~30% (mainly Europe | occasional trips to GCC and North America)
Your Role
* Lead international business and sales development
* Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and closing
* Identify and develop strategic accounts and partnerships
* Create and execute go-to-market plans
* Build a solid and sustainable pipeline
* Work closely with technical teams and leadership
* Keep up with trends in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and cloud computing
What We're Looking For
* 2 to 5 years of experience in technology/software services sales
* Proven experience in international markets
* Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred)
* Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
* Fluent English (other European languages are valued)
* Autonomous, results-oriented profile, comfortable with travel
