Job Role as Senior Technical Business Analyst:
You'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions within the Facility Management Service program. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, you'll guide strategic decisions and support hands-on configuration in IBM TRIRIGA.

What will you do:
- Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, document, and analyze requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to understand pain points and capture business requirements in functional solution designs.
- Translates functional solution design into a technical solution designand guide the team in development.
- Configure and customize solutions within IBM TRIRIGA (low-code) using built-in tools, workflows, and business logic layers.
- Serve as the functional lead in agile teams, working within SAFe or Agile frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members and foster best practices in business analysis and TRIRIGA configuration.

Must have skills:
- Completed academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Senior Business Analyst or Technical Lead in enterprise software delivery.
- Exceptional ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Experience with BPMN process modeling.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Enjoys going deep into details to understand how things work.
- Comfortable working collaboratively and asking questions.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn.
Nice have skills
- Experience in facility management software (e.g., IBM TRIRIGA).
- Familiarity with scripting or low-code customization in TRIRIGA.
- Exposure to other enterprise platforms or integration with APIs/web services.
- TRIRIGA certifications.
