About the Role:
* Manage assigned vacancies and source candidates using various recruitment and marketing tools.
* Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and shortlist the most qualified individuals for our clients.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process until successful placement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Based in Vila Nova de Famalicão or willing to relocate.
* Experience in a multicultural environment, with international experiences valued.
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry.
* Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English proficiency.
* Experience in BPO (Call Centers, Customer Service, Sales&Marketing) an asset.
