Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter with solid knowledge of IT roles
* Confidence working across diverse tech stacks and understanding different IT profiles
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
* Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and KPIs
* Proficiency in Portuguese and English
