Join our team and grow with us!Key Responsibilities As aSenior Account Manager – Financial Services & Insuranceat Magic Beans, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the FSI sector, ensuring long-term partnerships, high customer satisfaction, and sustainable revenue growth.Your main responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers within theFinancial Services & Insurance sector. Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear, regular, and proactive communication. Understanding clients' business needs, regulatory challenges, and strategic objectives within theFSI industry, translating them into valuable Cloud solutions. Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive customer success and business growth. Identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Ensuring timely contract renewals and supporting account expansion. Driving revenue growth through effective account management and commercial strategy. Collaborating closely with internal technical, delivery, and support teams to ensure service excellence. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and account performance. Ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.Valued Skills Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant areas. At least 3 years of professional experience as a Sales Representative / Account Manager in the technology market. Previous experience working with clients in the Financial Services and/or Insurance sector (highly valued). Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies. Understanding of industry-specific challenges such as compliance, security, and regulatory environments (e.g. banking, insurance). Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics. Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Highly self-motivated, passionate, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.Language Skills Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
