We are seeking a seasoned Process Expert to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global and regional needs to ensure systems are aligned using best-practice templates for financial processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
- Review business requirements for order entry, planning, execution, delivery, and returns, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Design clear, efficient processes that meet both business and technical goals, aligning financial systems with legal and reporting standards while maintaining flexibility and scalability.
- Handle tasks that span multiple projects, including adapting guidelines, preparing decision materials, and documenting updates to accounting instructions, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems.
- Lead process changes from planning to go-live, turning business needs into clear concepts that work for both teams and IT, presenting current and future solutions in the governance area.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation, with a focus on financial processes and system alignment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, to drive process improvements and ensure successful project outcomes.
