About the job
Based in Oeiras, Portugal you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO's Digital Endeavour. You will join the NCI Academy that offers best in class vocational training on NATO systems and services with the team Academy delivering high quality, certified and up-to-date training in C4ISR, Cyber, Command and Control and Enterprise field across the NATO community.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Head Project, Service and Product Management who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Specialist Advice
- Performance Management
- Organisational Facilitation
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
About you
- A Master's degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in managing products
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing projects or services
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in line management of product, project or service managers
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
