Customer Support Representative - French Market (Remote in Portugal)
We are hiring Customer Service agents for Audi in Portugal
Benefits
* 880/month × 14 salaries per year (12,320 annually)
* Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
* Transport allowance: 20 per month
* Health insurance: Active from day 1 (employee contribution required); free after 6 months
* Welcome/position bonus: 80 per 11 months (Braga only: 20 per 12 months)
* Permanent contract
* 2 rotative days off per week
* Remote position (Lisbon area only; candidates must be located between Coimbra and Algarve)
Working Hours
* Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts (24/7 coverage)
* 2 rotative days off per week
Requirements
* Fluent in French and good command of English
* Strong customer service skills with KPI experience
* Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Candidates must reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote only; no relocation provided)
* Accepted documents include an EU ID, residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, and visas (under consultation).
