Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, PrimeIT currently has a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects across multiple technologies.We are looking for a Software Engineer (Cloud / Serverless) to join an international project in the banking sector, focused on modern Cloud Contact Center platforms and large-scale customer interaction systems.Main responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Python in cloud environments.Build and evolve serverless architectures using AWS services, including Lambda.Develop integrations between Contact Center platforms and internal or third-party systems via APIs.Contribute to event-driven and real-time processing solutions.Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.Required profile:Professional experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Developer.Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments.Experience developing API-based system integrations.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP considered).
Familiarity with serverless concepts (e.g. AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time systems.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.English proficiency is mandatoryNice to have:Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS/SQS.Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, SAM, Terraform).
