Your new role As a Junior Functional Consultant, you will play an active role in national implementation projects, supporting public sector clients through all stages of the software rollout.
You will analyse business processes, translate user needs into functional specifications, configure the platform accordingly, and ensure that the solution operates smoothly within each organisation.
You will also contribute to end-user enablement by conducting training sessions and providing functional support.
Responsibilities Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with end-users and stakeholders Analyse administrative workflows and identify optimisation opportunities Configure and adapt the digital management solution according to customer needs Produce functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle Carry out functional and validation testing Deliver training and ongoing support to users across multiple locations What you'll need to succeed Academic background in Public Administration, IT, Management or similar areas Understanding of document management systems (advantageous) Experience in public-sector functions or environments (advantageous) Ability to communicate in English or Spanish (not mandatory) Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationally What you'll get in return You will join an expanding business with a strong national footprint and a dynamic, collaborative team culture.
