In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver high‐quality, scalable solutions that support business growth.Dare to HaveDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar8+ years of hands‐on experience in Salesforce developmentStrong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning componentsSolid experience with Salesforce integrationsProven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolutionGood knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a teamEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)Nice to Have
