This is an on-site role with structured work hours, offering a great opportunity for entry-level candidates and those with experience, especially given no prior experience in a contact center is required.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.RequirementsGerman language proficiency (spoken and written) at C1 level or higher.English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.No previous content moderation experience required (up to 12 months is considered a plus).
