The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group, working in domains such as Technology Operations, Cyber Security, Product, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Logistics, Architecture, and Portfolio across the UK and Europe.

The Microsoft 365 Platform Specialist is part of the Digital Workplace Services (DWS) within the wider Technology Operations team, responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of CAG's Microsoft 365 platforms.
You will support CAG employees and Constellation Technology teams, ensuring a positive user experience while maintaining security standards and best practices in collaboration with CISO.
You will lead M365 adoption initiatives and support device migrations from legacy management solutions to Microsoft Endpoint Manager, maintaining legacy systems concurrently.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, operational availability, and platform security.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and resolve escalated incidents/requests related to Microsoft 365 services.
2. Coordinate with Microsoft Support for escalated issues.
3. Serve as SME for Microsoft 365, participating in related projects.
4. Enforce and configure security policies per CISO standards.
5. Manage user and application security policies.
6. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
7. Perform license and utilization reports to optimize licensing costs.
8. Ensure devices are regularly patched and updated.
9. Maintain Endpoint Manager and company portal, creating software packages as needed.
10. Maintain a technical knowledge repository.
11. Work with Service Design and Transition teams to onboard new Microsoft 365 initiatives into BAU support.
To be successful, you should have:
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, Configuration, and Support.

- Ability to offer solutions to challenges.
Skills Required:
- Preferably M365 certified.
- Extensive experience supporting and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Endpoint Manager, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerApps, and Azure AD.
- Experience with platform integrations, including SSO and SCIM implementations.
- Knowledge of B2B configuration.
- Automation skills using PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.
- Experience managing iOS, MacOS, Android, and Windows devices with Intune, including Apple DEP.
- Reporting skills using tools like AdminDroid.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on objectives.
- Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
