Accounting Specialist – French Speaker
We are currently looking for 2 Accounting Specialists to join an international team within the Management Control and Accounting department.
The consultant will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end expense reporting process while working closely with internal stakeholders and finance teams in an international environment.
Responsibilities
* Control and monitor the entire expense reporting process
* Validate expense reports using dedicated financial tools
* Create and update employee files and information
* Provide support and training to employees regarding expense management processes
* Monitor automatic data uploads and integrations with financial systems
* Coordinate with the Accounts Payable team for payment authorizations
* Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities
* Prepare tax-related documentation
* Compile and analyze financial statements
* Perform bank reconciliations and cyclical audits
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
* Experience interpreting financial statements and accounting data
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* French is mandatory

Salary
