Joining Product & Operations IT
The IT Product and Operations team leads digital strategy and transformation across operations and products, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver secure, innovative IT solutions across the value chain.
As a team member, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders, embedding continuous innovation, working at speed and scale, and developing your career in an international, diverse environment.
Your 'day to day'
As part of the IT Engineering team, your responsibilities include:
- Defining digital capabilities strategy with business stakeholders
- Conceptualizing, co-designing, and driving solution delivery and roadmaps
- Scouting industry trends and proposing IT solutions, including POCs
- Supporting RFI and RFP processes for IT solutions
- Maintaining knowledge of product functionalities and designing architecture to meet business needs
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of solutions with overall platform ownership
- Leading MOM/MES/LES solutions in planning, implementation, and improvement
- Being the main contact for solution conceptualization and delivery
- Managing, leading, and motivating the solution team
- Ensuring alignment with architecture and IT standards
- Including non-functional requirements in solution pipelines
- Promoting cross-solution collaboration and reusability
- Removing roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum
- Supporting budget and vendor management activities
Who we're looking for
- 7-10 years of IT project delivery experience in relevant industries
- 5+ years leading global IT teams
- Experience in industrial segments like manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies, GxP, OT-IT integrations, ERP modules, MES systems, Agile processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
