The Region Success Management function is central to our IT initiatives, ensuring that countries benefit from centrally developed or enabled solutions. This involves working closely with IT partners in regions and countries, as well as globally acting business units. Your primary responsibility will be to provide services that ensure the effectiveness of standard IT and digital solutions based on harmonized processes and data standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support IT partners in defining holistic IT program implementation roadmaps.
2. Implement adoption monitoring for all vertical applications of SI / BU's.
3. Support resolution of adoption blockers involving relevant stakeholders.
4. Assist in capturing the current and target IT application landscape in Lean IX for Sherpa X preparation.
5. Support creation of demands for presentation in LPM-X Board.
6. Assess Local Fit requirements and drive decision and implementation processes, engaging delivery units.
7. Create oversight and transparency about citizen developments based on central platforms.
8. Assist local IT Partners with digital maturity assessments.
