Your Mission
As Roaming Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing and optimising EVIO's roaming activities, ensuring interoperability, competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and sustainable margins.
What You'll Be Doing
Roaming & Partnerships Management
Manage relationships with national and international CPOs, eMSPs and roaming platforms
Negotiate and monitor roaming agreements (technical, commercial & operational terms)
Act as EVIO's primary point of contact for roaming partners
Commercial & Financial Oversight
Monitor roaming costs, revenues, margins and settlement processes
Analyse financial performance and propose corrective actions
Support drafting and review of roaming-related contracts
Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market studies on competing eMSPs
Analyse pricing models, tariff components and roaming mark-ups
Benchmark EVIO's positioning nationally and internationally
Monitor regulatory and market developments in e-mobility pricing
eMSP Tariff Strategy
Design and review EVIO's tariffs (pay-as-you-go, subscription, fleet/corporate models)
Ensure pricing is competitive, transparent and compliant
Define roaming pricing rules (mark-ups, caps, exceptions)
Operational Coordination
Work closely with Product team on roaming integrations
Monitor service quality and transaction success rates
Support resolution of roaming incidents and disputes
Reporting & Governance
Prepare performance and tariff reports
Present proposals to the Management
Support audits and internal controls
What We're Looking For
Experience in e-mobility
Experience with OCPI integrations (eMSP/CPO, eMSP/Roaming Hubs or CPO/Roaming Hubs)
Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
Availability for occasional national or international travel
