Come join us!Your mission will be to lead the design, development, and optimization of our partner-facing solutions as a Product Owner with deep expertise in Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM). You will bridge business stakeholders and the technical delivery team to ensure our Salesforce PRM platform enables partner enablement, onboarding, and collaboration at scale.ResponsibilitiesGather, define, and prioritize business requirements for partner portals, onboarding, training, lead distribution, deal registration, reporting, success planning, performance management, collateral sharing, and related activities.Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to ensure optimal PRM solution delivery and integration within the existing enterprise landscape.Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and partner strategy.Work with partner managers, marketing, and sales teams to refine requirements and user journeys.Configure and advise on Salesforce PRM components such as Experience Cloud, Lead & Opportunity Sharing, and Partner Onboarding Flows.Champion Agile/Scrum practices.QualificationsProven experience as a Product Owner and Functional Consultant for Salesforce PRM.Deep understanding of partner management processes and how to translate them into Salesforce capabilities.Strong knowledge of Salesforce PRM features such as channel sales automation, MDF programs, partner scoring, etc.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile delivery pipelines.Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and workflows;
