We are currently looking for a Head of Finance for a Luxury Travel company who will elevate finance from recording and reporting the past to steering and forecasting the future.Client DetailsOur client is a small but fast-growing company operating in the premium adventure travel segment, delivering highly customised group travel experiences internationally focused on cycling and high level gastronomy and accommodation.DescriptionTake full responsibility for financial leadership, consolidation, and management reporting at an international level;Implement a reliable monthly close and reporting cadence, followed by the development of forecasting, cash flow planning, margin steering, and performance management;Deliver clear profitability analysis by region;Maintain robust financial controls and risk management;Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning;Coordinate with local accountants and tax advisors to ensure regulatory compliance;Support pricing strategy;Establish stable and increasingly automated multi-country consolidation;Automate the highest-impact finance workflows;Support external audits when applicable.ProfileAcademic background in Management, Finance or similar;Minimum 3 years in a finance leadership role (ideally with an international context);Previous experience in the truism sector is highly appreciated;Strong FP&A knowledge;Fluency in English and Portuguese is required and Italian is a strong plus;Interest and capability in finance automation, BI, and data structuring;High skills in Excel;Previous experience in Primavera and Power BI is a plus;Ability to work effectively in a lean team and improve processes pragmatically;Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Job OfferExcellent career development opportunity.
