We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Cloud Delivery Specialist. This position will be responsible for driving customer engagement and delivering end-to-end services, ensuring seamless operations and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate accountability as the single orchestrator for End2End delivery, enforcing a culture of performance and collaboration through delivery engagement and internal stakeholder management.
* Develop strategic engagements with clients to establish focus on core services delivered, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Proactively manage operational security risk by ensuring maintenance activities are addressed promptly, making customers aware of compliance reports and closure of risk letters.
* Create a culture of proactive problem management, continually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered to customers.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Good understanding of SAP Basis, system migration, and/or functional SAP application knowledge.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in Japanese and English, with ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audiences with confidence.
* High competency in multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel.
