brStrong knowledge on batch processing and to support production incidents.
brAnalyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with infrastructure and Application related issues.
brService monitoring, alerting, reporting and continuous improvement of the service quality and availability.
brTechnical Skills: brProvide technical support to system and application related issues on the respective WINDOWS/ Linux environments used by the different domains in the client brUNIX shell scripting/ Power Shell/ Python knowledge to automate the server/service/process restarts and other day-to-day activity.
brBasic knowledge on Autosys (i.e - create new job's/Modify the existing Job's).
brStrong Knowledge in ITIL brPL/SQL • English - Must be fluent at least B2 to C1 Level brSoft Skills: brCritical thinking brCommunication skills - oral written brAbility to share / pass on knowledge brPersonal Impact / Ability to influence brAnalytical Ability brAdditional Information: Qualification Experience: br• Total 3+ years of IT experience working in IT infrastructure and application support with good mix of experience as given br• 3+ years on Linux, Windows, Middleware WAS/Tomcat, Production Support.

br• Good written and oral communication skills br• Should have hands on experience on Linux, Windows Server Administration.
