Enterprise Architecture Lead
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Lead to shape the future of our software systems.
* Translate business requirements into clear and effective architecture solutions, fostering innovation and growth.
* Design and maintain architecture models, identifying reusable components and defining solution structures that drive efficiency and scalability.
* Support the full lifecycle of architecture solutions, integrating emerging technologies as needed to stay ahead of the curve.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of functional and non-functional requirements, promoting a culture of excellence.
* Participate in hands-on development activities to prototype and validate solutions, driving tangible results.
* Provide technical guidance during development, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring seamless delivery.
* Identify system dependencies and manage priorities and risks, maintaining a proactive approach to challenge resolution.
* Promote best practices for architecture and modelling tools, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar technical leadership role, with a track record of success.
* Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and DevOps tools (GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins), with a focus on automation and efficiency.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and desirable experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures, driving scalability and agility.
* Solid understanding of software engineering, security, system integration, and network services, ensuring robust and reliable systems.
* European citizenship and ability to travel to France occasionally, with flexibility and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
