Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to support our Training team by producing high-quality, clear, and engaging video content for e-learning programs.
This role focuses on instructional effectiveness, not promotional or social-media content.
You will work closely with trainers and subject-matter experts to transform raw footage, screen recordings, and learning materials into structured, learner-friendly videos.
Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble video content for e-learning courses, including: Instructor-led recordings Screen captures and software demonstrationsVoice-over–based instructional videos Apply pedagogically sound editing (pacing, emphasis, visual hierarchy).
Add graphics, callouts, lower thirds, annotations, and captions to reinforce learning.
Sync video with audio narration and ensure clean, consistent sound quality.
Produce videos aligned with instructional design standards and brand guidelines .
Optimize videos for LMS platforms (resolution, compression, formats).
Organize and maintain project files and media assets.
