Job Description We are developing innovative digital solutions to enhance B2B interactions and streamline online sales processes.
Our eShop platform aims to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience for partners and customers, supporting continuous improvement and integration with modern enterprise systems.
Tasks Responsibilities: Collaborate with product owners, process experts, and technical teams to define clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for eShop functionalities.
Create IT requirements (user stories), process flows (e.g., BPMN), wireframes, and acceptance criteria; conduct refinements with development and QA teams.
Develop test cases and perform testing of implemented IT requirements.
Support the creation and maintenance of application-related documentation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an e-commerce or digital product environment.
Demonstrable experience working on B2B and/or B2C e-commerce platforms .
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies, and system integrations (e.g., ERP, PIM/MAM, Customer Master Data ).
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence ).
Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and requirements management tools.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
