MSX is looking for a proactive and strategic Brand Manager – Remanufactured Parts to join the After-Sales Marketing department of a leading automotive manufacturer in the Portuguese market. This role is key to developing and implementing the brand strategy for remanufactured parts, ensuring market growth, profitability, and alignment with corporate objectives.
The Role
As a Brand Manager – Remanufactured Parts, you will act as the main reference point for product positioning, pricing, and communication within the assigned segment. Your mission is to define and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive sales performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Define and implement the marketing strategy for remanufactured parts, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with quality standards.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure resources and optimize campaigns.
* Develop and execute communication plans to promote remanufactured parts across the dealer network and to end customers.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators for the segment.
* Conduct regular visits to the dealer network and key customers, in collaboration with the sales force, to promote remanufactured parts and increase sales.
* Support the network with training, commercial arguments, and campaign implementation.

* Annual marketing plan for remanufactured parts
* Budget and forecast reports
* Campaign performance analysis
* Market share and profitability indicators
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with strong strategic and analytical skills. Our ideal candidate has:
* A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering
* Solid knowledge of automotive after-sales and the remanufactured parts market
* Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI is a plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Native Portuguese and B2 level English; French or Spanish is a plus
* Availability to travel
