Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures for our operational technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement security policies and procedures for OT systems
* Monitor and assess the security situation, identify vulnerabilities and threats for OT systems
* Performing risk analyses and creating security concepts for OT systems
* Planning and implementing security measures, including firewalls separating production networks from corporate networks, intrusion detection and access control to OT systems
* Conducting regular security audits and penetration tests for OT systems
* Train employees in terms of security awareness and best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement security solutions
* Update and maintain security policies and procedures according to the latest developments in OT security
Requirements:
* Degree in automation technology, computer science, information security or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in OT security in the manufacturing industry
* Sound knowledge in network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems and access controls
* In-depth IT knowledge in electronics manufacturing environment with corresponding standards
* Experience in carrying out risk analyses and security audits
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or similar are an advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in an international team and good communication skills
* Fluency in English mandatory, basic knowledge of German language is an advantage
