The amazing you will have:
* Bachelor's degree or similar in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;
* At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection;
* Previous experience recruiting IT profiles;
* Dynamic with good communication skills;
* Team player with a collaborative spirit;
* Positive working attitude and commitment;
* Results-oriented;
* Proficient in English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze opportunity requirements with Business Managers;
* Prepare and post job announcements across multiple platforms;
* Review and select CVs;
* Conduct phone surveys when necessary;
* Source candidates through various platforms and social networks;
* Conduct interviews with candidates;
* Write and send interview reports to Business Managers.
