We're looking for someone with strong ownership, autonomy, and a talent for solving complex problems — someone who wants to make an impact in a demanding and dynamic technology environment.Requirements:Minimum required experience: 10 years of experience in SQL Server database administration roles.Advanced expertise in: SQL Server OLTP, Always On Availability Groups and Azure SQLProven experience in performance analysis and optimizationStrong experience in application troubleshooting in. NET and IIS stacksKnowledge of OLAP and SSIS (preferred)Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (preferred)High attention to detail and strong documentation practicesStrong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and analytical capabilityResponsibilities:Administer, monitor, and optimise high‐performance SQL Server databasesImplement and manage high‐availability solutions (Always On)Perform performance tuning at both query and infrastructure levelsConduct troubleshooting in collaboration with.
