About the role
We're looking for a motivated bilingual
Inside Sales / Commercial Assistant
to join
4blue Portugal
, a fast-growing solar energy wholesaler.
You'll be the first point of contact for professional installers across Portugal helping them discover our products, register on our website, and receive top-level service.
Success in this role means turning potential contacts into loyal 4blue partners by providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support in both Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities
* Follow up on potential installer leads (phone, WhatsApp, and email).
* Present the 4blue product range (solar panels, inverters, batteries, EV chargers, air conditioning, etc.).
* Support new clients with registration on
* Maintain clear communication between the sales team and clients.
* Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM or Google Sheets.
* Occasionally assist with small quotations or customer requests.
Qualifications
* Fluent in
Portuguese
and
English
(spoken and written).
* Experience in
B2B sales
,
customer service
, or
telemarketing
.
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner.
* Basic understanding of renewable energy, electrical, or HVAC sectors is a plus.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
* Based in Portugal (preferably Algarve, but remote possible).
