Responsibilities:
* Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform
* Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions
* Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and integrations
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
* Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and recommend enhancements
* Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations and champion best practices across the organization
Skills:
* 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
* Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
* Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and delivering impactful solutions
* Strong understanding of CRM strategy and how it supports sales and marketing operations
* Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and third-party apps (e.g., Tableau, HubSpot, Marketo) is highly desirable
