Are you a DevOps leader ready to architect and drive a large‐scale transformation? We're looking for a DevOps Architect to lead the end‐to‐end migration of a major GitLab ecosystem to GitHub, while shaping modern CI/CD, automation, and DevSecOps practices.
About the Role
As the DevOps Architect, you will take ownership of the GitLab → GitHub migration, provide architectural leadership, and collaborate with global and offshore teams. This role combines hands‐on technical depth with strategic oversight and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and design the overall GitLab to GitHub migration strategy.
* Architect, enhance, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and DevSecOps workflows.
* Implement robust automation using Python, Shell scripting, YAML, Git.
* Use Terraform to support cloud‐native infrastructure and deployments.
* Collaborate closely with offshore DevOps teams for seamless delivery.
* Provide clear communication, updates, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Required Experience
* Strong background in DevOps engineering.
* Experience in architectural or technical leadership roles.
* Deep expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD methodologies, and DevSecOps.
* Hands-on skills with Python, Shell, YAML, Git, Terraform.
* Previous success in large‐scale migration projects.
