About the roleIT Recruiter Intern (IEFP – Estágio de Inserção)
Your Mission Will BeManage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing candidates to final hiring stages;
Create and publish job advertisements, while reviewing and evaluating incoming applications;
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment processes, ensuring accurate documentation;
Source and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter using diverse strategies;
Conductinitial screening interviews (phone/video) and collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.
You Will NeedAvailability to work in a hybrid model, with 4 days per week in the office (Picoas);
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Would Be Awesome If You HaveInterest in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition;
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Abilityto manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
