As we grow, we’re expanding our team with the role of SEO Manager. This key role collaborates across our Global Marketing Team and UK client base, requiring the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in marketing, creative, content, PR, and paid media on integrated campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for the SEO performance of our website and for delivering sustainable organic visibility, traffic, and revenue for our clients.
As an experienced SEO Manager, you will plan and implement innovative strategies, uphold high-quality standards, and provide reliable consultancy and problem-solving support.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to improve backlink profiles through outreach and gap analysis against competitors.
* Participate actively in outreach and content strategies for off-page SEO.
* Conduct regular backlink audits to ensure quality and natural placements in relevant articles, matching assets and URLs with publishers.
* Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publications, bloggers, and website owners.
* Assist in cross-functional activities with PR communications.
About you
* A proactive self-starter capable of planning, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality recommendations, including site speed improvements and complex site migrations.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and a commitment to ongoing learning.
* Experience with integrated campaigns, content marketing, and digital PR.
* Ability to build business cases and forecasts to support SEO initiatives.
* Google Analytics certification and proficiency with SEO tools such as crawlers and link checkers.
* Ability to set KPIs aligned with business goals and provide actionable reports with qualitative and quantitative insights.
* Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working with developers in agile workflows and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* An enthusiastic SEO advocate eager to share knowledge within the agency and externally.
* Curious mindset willing to experiment and innovate processes and approaches.
