WORK FOR FACEBOOK – ENGLISH SPEAKERS (level C2/C1)
Language required: Fluent English – level C2/C1
Location: Lisbon – Av. das Forças Armadas (near stations: Entrecampos, Sete Rios, and Jd. Zoológico)
Starting dates: 07/07, or 14/07, or 23/07, or 30/07
Schedule:
* Option 1 – Day Shifts: Monday to Sunday: 06:00 AM – 12:00 AM (8h rotating shifts + 1h for lunch)
* Option 2 – Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday: 09:00 PM – 07:00 AM (8h rotating shifts + 1h for lunch) with additional night shift pay.
– 40 hours per week (8h per day + 1h for lunch break) in rotating shifts,
– 2 rotating day-offs per week
– You won’t work for both shifts, you will have to choose which shift suits you better, then you will work for only the one you choose
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Meta Customer Delight team. Your mission will be to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), helping them grow through multiple channels (chat, email and phone).
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to digital advertising clients;
* Help SMEs optimize the use of online advertising tools;
* Ensure a positive and effective customer experience;
* Manage sensitive situations and provide efficient solutions.
Salary + Benefits:
* Base salary + Holiday Allowance + Christmas Allowance + Meal Allowance
* Total Gross: 1, 237.83 € (example for 22 working days)

Requirements:
* Fluent English (at least level C1): exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
* Documentation to work in Portugal: residence permit or CRUE if you are an EU citizen (job-seeking visas are not valid)
* Be able to work in rotating shifts (or for the night team, or for the day team)
* Be able to work on-site in Lisbon, Entrecampos area (this is not a remote position)
* Have at least the 12th grade (high school/secondary school) certificate; a higher level of certificate/diploma is also accepted (minimum the 12th grade – mandatory)
* Soft-skills: empathic and helpful, team player, able to handle sensitive information, fast learning capacity
