Your Impact
* As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that drive transformation across the VG&M function.
* You will define product visions and roadmaps, prioritize initiatives based on user needs and business value, and guide cross-functional teams through agile product development cycles.
* You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that product solutions are user-centered, scalable, and aligned with strategic transformation goals.
* You will champion experimentation, rapid prototyping, and iterative learning to validate ideas and deliver impactful outcomes.
* Your work will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of technology-enabled services within VG&M, helping teams work more effectively and enabling the firm to deliver greater client impact.
* You will also mentor junior product managers, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and contribute to the evolution of product management practices across the portfolio.
* You will be based in Lisbon as part of our VG&Media function, contributing to a global digital transformation program embedding product-led thinking into our digital initiatives.
Your Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
* 9+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products
* Deep expertise in the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration, with a user-centered and data-informed approach
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to decision-making and prioritization
* Proven ability to coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and high performance
* Skilled at building trust-based relationships across geographies, roles, and levels, and influencing stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and driving measurable outcomes
* Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with design, engineering, and data teams
* Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
